Meet the Team

The team at the SFP Group are all experts in their respective fields, working to ensure Directors, Accountants and Lenders fulfil their maximum potential from the finance, turnaround and restructuring processes. The SFP Group have assisted 100’s of businesses in turnaround and restructuring scenarios.

Annabel has over 10 years' experience in accounting and finance and is a qualified chartered accountant. Following a specialism in Forensic Accounting and running numerous operational projects within the SFP Group as Senior Finance and Treasury Manager, Annabel is now the Director of SFP Brokers.

Iain joined Touch Financial after graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Business Economics and Finance. Iain helps business owners find the most appropriate funding solution for their business. Iain also ensures current clients are receiving a first class service from their invoice finance providers.

Patrick previously spent 17 years at RBS as Regional Manager. During the last 5 years, Patrick has been building a strong panel of accountants at a national level including sourcing new relationships and working with accountants in finding reciprocal business opportunities for the group.

Kirsty recently joined Touch Financial as a senior consultant, heading up the Unsecured Business Loans team. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in team management, partner relations and process development.

Jacob joined Touch Financial in 2018 after previously spending two years working at Nationwide. Prior to this Jacob graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Economics and Finance. He is responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries, helping business owners find the most appropriate funding solution.

Victoria joined the accountancy division, previously known as Just Accountants, in 2017 as an Assistant Consultant, having previously worked as an Incident Manager for a commercial breakdown provider. Victoria’s role involves qualifying inbound calls and matching business owners with accountants from our approved panel.

Ben joined the accountancy division in early 2019 as an assistant consultant qualifying leads to match businesses to the most suitable accountancy firm. He has since transitioned into a consultancy role on the invoice finance brokering side.

Madison has recently joined the JA team at touch financial in September as a consultant. Madison has lots of previous sales experience and hopes to bring that knowledge to the team. Also taking on new accountancy leads working with the team to achieve targets and provide an excellent level of service.

Mike Joined the Group in November 2020. He has undergraduate and masters degrees in Marketing. Having completed both degrees and obtaining some valuable experience in B2B sales Mike found himself gravitating back towards sales roles. Mike is an outgoing, competitive individual with a passion for testing myself.

Ollie joined SFP Group in January 2021 as a sales consultant for the Just Accountants Team. His role involves matching the right accountancy service for businesses and contractors requirements. He studied at Newcastle University.

Daniel joined the Group in March 2021. He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Nottingham Trent University. With a diverse work experience, Daniel decided to move into a sales-based role to test his skill-set and to further his knowledge in the field. He is responsible for qualifying enquiries and finding the most appropriate solution.

James graduated in the year 2020 with a 2:1 degree in Education with Mental Health, SEN and Foreign Language specialism. Since then he has worked in schools and private mental health care facilities. He joined SFP in 2021 in our Brokerage to develop his passion for sales.

Alex joined the Brokerage in 2016, prior to this, Alex graduated with a first class LLB specialising in financial services, company and international law. Alex is responsible all legal and compliance matters within the brokerage and works closely with the rest of the group on the legal aspects of larger projects.

After graduating from University with a BSc, Kate began her career in credit control before moving into Invoice Finance as an Assistant Consultant. Kate was responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries, assisting business owners with funding solutions. She is now our resident Salesforce expert and CRM System Analyst.

Rebecca joined Touch Financial in 2017, having previously worked in customer service after graduating university. She started as a consultant, qualifying enquiries and leads to find businesses the finance they deserve, and then moved teams to become a data analyst.

Dave joined the digital team at Touch in 2019. After many years in the hospitality industry, he retrained in web design and then worked agency side for seven years. He keeps the company websites up to date and running smoothly.

A licensed Insolvency Practitioner and an established lawyer specialising in insolvency, credit and security law, Simon is one of a few UK lawyers to change professions into the turnaround world. Simon has core expertise of the corporate restructuring and refinancing market.

Daniel is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years' industry experience. Daniel specialises in corporate insolvency regimes and works closely with a panel of accountants who benefit from his restructuring and turnaround expertise.

Jeremy is a fellow of the RICS with over 25 years' experience within the property industry. Jeremy is a Registered Property Receiver and Registered Property Valuer who has significant experience dealing with all asset classes across the country, and advises clients in property insolvency and business turnaround scenarios.

David joined SFP in 2006, as a fresh faced law graduate. Since being with SFP, he has successfully completed his CPI and JIE professional insolvency qualifications. David has a genuine passion for assisting ailing businesses, always striving to find innovative ways to help them survive.

Richard has worked at SFP for over 11 years. He is a qualified I.P and chartered accountant, holding the JIEB, ACA and CPI qualifications. He acts as officeholder over the firms MVL’s, CVL’s, CVA’s and certain Administrations, whilst overseeing the firm’s compliance and treasury departments.

David is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with a strong background in insolvency regulation. David was involved in leading the insolvency regulation teams in the two largest Recognised Professional Bodies, ICAEW and the Insolvency Practitioners Association, latterly in a ten-year spell as Chief Executive Officer of the IPA.

Linda is a licensed insolvency practitioner and chartered governance professional who has over 25 years experience dealing with all types of insolvency. Linda now enables directors and parent companies to access cost effective and tax efficient solutions when companies are no longer required through solvent liquidations.

Crystal has been at the Group for over 15 years and has been part of its growth and expansion. She heads up the HR function and is the go-to person for all employee related matters. Crystal works closely with the Management team on the vision and strategic planning of the Group and is responsible for the development of HR related policies.

Having previously grown his own B2B lead generation businesses, Paul brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to the table and is now responsible for bringing new clients through our doors.

Kieren joined SFP Group in 2019. With over 9 years sales experience including vast experience managing high performing sales teams. He now oversees the MVL pre-appointment team to make sure we are delivering the best service to every client we deal with.

Sarah has been at the group for over 5 years. As Administrations Team PA, Sarah acts as a liaison for the Administration Team. Sarah manages the onsite appointments for the team, ensuring statutory deadlines are met. Sarah also assists the Secretarial Support, Compliance and Corporate Solutions team.

Robert has been at SFP Corporate Solutions for over 10 years. Robert is a chartered accountant and licensed Insolvency Practitioner, with over 25 years’ experience in forensic accountancy for the legal, insolvency and lending sectors and for Government departments.

Michelle worked in insolvency practices for 14 years before spending the next 7 years at the Insolvency Practitioners Association, 4 years as its Head of Regulatory Standards and Monitoring. Michelle became JIE-qualified in 2001 and for the past few years she has been working as a consultant.

David joined SFP in January 2021 and brings with him more than 20 years cross sector insolvency experience gained as both and appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner in practice and more recently with the ICAEW as part of their Professional Standards Department. David is Senior Manager with the remit of overseeing the MVL Team.

Prameela joined SFP in 2010. She continues to manage the ERA department by overseeing the impact of insolvency on the employees’ rights as well as dealing with the employee consultations, TUPE, redundancy and government claims.

Meeta has over 15 years’ corporate recovery experience, specialising in MVLs. Meeta started her career at one of the big 4 professional service firms, dealing with some high profile clients. Meeta is now involved in the rapidly growing Members Voluntary Liquidations team.

Natalie joined SFP Group in March 2020 bringing 25 years of Insolvency experience, her main area covers Compliance and Treasury Management. Having worked in small tier to worldwide firms, Natalie has dealt with personal insolvency to high end trading Administrations.

Beau has worked at SFP Group for over 5 years. A part qualified ACCA, Beau brings to the Finance Department valuable accountancy knowledge and skills. Beau works closely with SFP Brokers and provides key management and financial information across all divisions of SFP Group.

Hannah has been at SFP Group for over 10 years. As Office Manager, Hannah oversees the daily running of the office and is also responsible for setting up new procedures and systems. Hannah also heads up the Secretarial Support Team and oversees the Datastore Department.

Emma is a qualified accountant with 9 years’ experience in restructuring. Emma has extensive experience in managing solvent liquidation, reorganisation and advisory assignments, including large scale multi-jurisdictional legal entity rationalisation projects.

Scott joined SFP Group in November having previously worked at two top 20 accountancy firms. Scott has over 15 years corporate recovery experience, specialising in MVLs and CVLs. He successfully completed his CPI qualification and now heads up the MVL closing team.

Marva joined SFP Group in February 2019. Marva has 3 years’ experience in insolvency with vast experience in Members Voluntary Liquidations. Marva is an Administrator in SFP Group’s MVL team and deals primarily with post appointment administration.

Eren has recently re-joined SFP. He has a strong background in Credit Control and Debt recovery across a number of professional services sectors. Eren is part of the Administrations Team and assists the team with maximising debt recoveries on various Insolvency appointments.

Nathan joined SFP group in 2019. Starting his career in IT as an apprentice at 16, he worked his way up to become IT manager within 6 years. Nathan deals with everything IT and is hoping to bring his keen eye on efficiency to keep improving the systems at SFP, for now and the future.

Craig joined SFP Group in January 2019, having previously worked at Senior Administrator level for over 5 years dealing with both Corporate and Personal Insolvencies. Currently a Senior Administrator, Craig deals with the day-to-day running of a wide range of Liquidations, CVAs and Bankruptices.

Natalie joined SFP in October 2020 and has over twelve years’ experience in insolvency, dealing with all aspects involved with insolvency processes. Natalie is a Senior Administrator in SFP Group’s MVL team and primarily deals with the closure of cases.

Jon recently joined SFP Group as a Senior Administrator in the CVL team. He has over 14 years of insolvency sector experience including roles in corporate and personal case work, compliance and for the technical team of the industry’s trade body.

Lauren joined SFP in October 2020 bringing with her almost 5 years’ experience, previously working as an Insolvency Cashier at both a global advisory company and a boutique business recovery specialist firm. She has joined the Treasury department assisting the team with all processes.

With an Accountancy background, Jack has worked within the Healthcare and TMT sector as an accountant before moving into Financial Services as a Senior Administrator for SFP Group in October 2020. Jack graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting with Management before recently qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in September 2020.

Safa joined SFP Group in January 2020. Safa has over 4 years experiences as an administrator within the legal and insolvency field. Safa is an Administrator in SFP Group’s growing MVL team and deals mainly with post appointment administration.

Maria joined SFP in February 2021 and has 18 years experience in insolvency, dealing with all aspects of insolvency but predominantly CVLS & MVLS. She is Senior Administrator and is working primarily within the MVL closure team.

Chris joined SFP in October 2020 with the Treasury department and has since moved over to the Finance Department where he is a Senior Administrator. Chris attended Portsmouth University and graduated with a Finance Management with Business Degree. Chris has over 2 years previous experience, working with JSA Accountancy.

Casey started at SFP Group in early 2015 in the Secretarial Support Department and moved into the group's Finance Department assisting with the day to day running of the Group. Casey is progressing with her Level 3 AAT and her knowledge of finance and accounting is rapidly growing.

Duncan joined SFP Property in August 2019 and is an RICS chartered surveyor, with nearly six years in the property industry. Duncan graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Property Management and primarily focuses on general practice surveying in residential and commercial property.

Laura joined SFP Group in 2017. She has almost 5 years’ experience in Insolvency and more specifically working on Members Voluntary Liquidations. She has now become a Senior Consultant in the pre appointment team, dealing with clients and MVL’s up until the point of company liquidation.

Molly joined SFP in March 2019. She has joined the MVL pre appointment team as an Administrator and assists in dealing with new leads and appointing new cases. Molly has developed her insolvency knowledge and continues to grow within the team.

Grace joined SFP in November 2020 in the MVL pre-appointment team as a consultant. She obtained her degree from The University of Nottingham, and has experience working in the legal and retail sectors. She will be responsible for dealing with new leads and appointing cases within the team.

Zak joined SFP Group in 2017 after studying Politics and Philosophy at University. He started in the Support Department and has since moved into the Treasury Department, whilst also assisting Corporate Solutions and Recoveries with a wide array of tasks.

Georgia started at SFP Group in 2016. Hard working, highly motivated and eager to succeed, Georgia assists the Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVL) team with general day to day duties together with case specific administration.

Ellie started working for SFP Group in 2016 after studying for her CILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma at college she started working at SFP Group as a team assistant. Ellie is now an Administrator for the Administration department assisting with mainly employee and pension related matters.

Grace started at SFP Group in October 2019. As an Administrator, Grace is part of the Treasury department assisting her colleagues with bank reconciliations, VAT returns and various other tasks. As well as supporting the Administration team with day to day duties and responsibilities.

Abigail joined SFP in March 2020 bringing with her 2 years of insolvency experience. She is now part of the Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVL) Team as Administrator. She has experience of both CVL’s and MVL’s and now takes on her own case load. Abigail has a 2:1 degree in History.

Max is returning to SFP after his internship in 2019, having completed his BSC in International Business Loughborough University with a Diploma in Professional Studies based around Insolvency and Restructuring.

George recently joined the accountancy department of Touch Financial as an assistant consultant. His role involves matching small businesses and contractors with appropriate accountancy firms for their needs.

Georgie joined SFP Group’s MVL pre-appointment team in early 2020 on a temporary basis. She has since moved to the post-appointment MVL team as a permanent team member, assisting the case administrators with day-to-day duties.

Kirsty began working for the group in 2015. As Team Assistant, Kirsty assists all of the divisions within the group and maintains the daily running of the office. Kirsty also acts as the first point of contact for any clients calling or visiting the offices and helps with various secretarial work.

Jessica started work with SFP Group as Property Team PA in June 2017, having graduated from university and previously worked in a property management role. She assists the team in day-to-day administrative support as well as with the coordination and implementation of case related procedures.

Tom joined SFP Property in March 2021 as Graduate Surveyor. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc(hons) in Real Estate. Currently he is working towards his APC with previous public and private sector surveying experience.

Ellie joined SFP Group in February 2019. As Team Assistant, Ellie provides support to all teams within the Group and assists with maintaining the daily running of the office. Ellie is also currently learning and developing her skills within secretarial support.

Rebecca joined the Treasury team in 2021 and has background of high organisational skills from previous employment, which lends itself perfectly to the role she now carries out on a daily basis.

Daisy started working at SFP Group in November 2020 as a treasury assistant. She works in the treasury department and helps assist colleagues with bank reconciliations, VAT diary entries and many other tasks on a daily basis.

Leah joined SFP March 2021 as a scanning operative to assist the company in transitioning to a paperless model. She has experience in the retail sector and now hopes to progress her career in the finance sector.

Georga Joined SFP in February 2020 after leaving college, and now as a team assistant for the MVL team helping the team with daily tasks to keep cases running smoothly. She continues to develop her insolvency knowledge by working and growing with the team.

Hard working, highly motivated and eager to succeed, Dhruv, as a team assistant, assists the MVL team with general day to day duties together with case specific administration and ensure smooth running of the cases.

Vishal joined SFP Group in November 2020 after studying Economics at University. He will provide support for the MVL team to ensure smooth running of cases while continuing to develop his insolvency and administration knowledge.

Maia started at SFP in February 2021. She is pre-team assistant for the MVL team, her daily role consists of assisting consultants with the preparation of various documents. Maia graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in International Event Management with Marketing.

Charlotte is part of the MVL closure team. Charlotte assists the closure team with general day to day duties, including calling HMRC, preparing documents, and running reports.
